Welcome to Filtration Automation, Inc, A company dedicated
to hot oil filtration in the fried foods industry. Using the
latest technology we are able to produce reliable, safe filtration
systems with low operating cost.

Our newest system, the "Micron-Pro" uses our patented filtering
system that uses the bebris in the oil to act as the filter media.
thus elimenating the need for expansive powders and paper filters
media. With 60 GPM of oil flow and up to 45 PSI pressure in the
filter chamber, the oil is cleaned to the Sub-Micron level and allows
for complete oil cleaning.

The following video is of our origional system in the "Tank"
configuration. It details the way the system works. We are
making a new video of the "Micron-Pro" system in operation
and will upload soon.

The safety guards prevent any oil from splashing out in the
event of a catastrophic event with the system

Our filtration systems are developed for large scale continuous frying operation where
processors  introduces a batter-breaded  or uncoated food products into a volume of frying oil.
Any sediments in the frying oil that are left in the oil caramelize and raise the rancidity of the
oil. After the rancidity of the oil reaches are predetermined amount the oil is considered
un-usableand is discarded.  Stopping in the middle of production to change out the oil
results in unnecessaryproduction down time and wasted oil. This also causes the product
quality to deteriorate,  based on taste, color, and texture.  Another problem we found when
talking to fried food producers, is the rate of oil that can be filters by other oil filtration
systems. The industry standard for oil filtration is 8-30gpm, are filtration systems are
equipped to run at 20-65gpm.
